律师收费标准：
英国全球人才Global Talent visa签证申请律师费8万人民币，律师费分步支付，合同签订支付1万元，获得British Academy, RoyalAcademy of Engineering, and Royal Society支持信支付3万元，签证获批支付4万元。
要获得Global Talent visa有四种途径。
1、在经过认证的组织中获得一个高级职位。
2、获得British Academy, RoyalAcademy of Engineering, and Royal Society认可的相关奖项。
3、获得英国政府认可名单中的资助者发放的科研补贴。
4、由British Academy, Royal Academy of Engineering or Royal Society等专业机构进行人才认证，然后向内政部申请全球人才签证。
国内申请人一般是走第四种途径申请Global Talent visa。也就是说对国内申请人来讲全球人才签证申请分两步：第一步做人才认证，第二步申请签证。有意思的是如果想节约时间，两步可以同时提交申请，但第二步的审核需要等到第一步审核结束才能进行。人才认证虽然是由专业组织进行，但申请人是向英国内政部提交申请材料。
